I love learning about how people think and help them solve everyday problems. The user’s experience can feel complete when the underlying motivations are unearthed and addressed like regaining control over high electricity bills with Energy Account Snapshot email. And what about new possibilities like uniting all energy services to secure a home of the future with the Energy Optimizer Showroom?
I also dabble in watercolour in my free time and love to apply both the medium’s subtlety and vibrancy in my work. A selection can be found in Illustrations.
